Cathy Reyna was a new addition to the Group Services team in 2015. With over 25 years of customer service experience, Cathy has proven to be an excellent resource for our client’s as a Client Services Advocate. Cathy assists employees and their families with any benefit issues they may encounter. Her extensive knowledge of client benefit portfolios makes it easy to address employee questions or concerns in a friendly efficient manner. Cathy loves the level of personalized service she is able to provide at Group Services. She has developed lasting relationships with both clients and their employees. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, reading, grooming dogs, and spending time with friends and family. Cathy has her Associates Degree in Accounting from Black Hawk College.
